Dollar Insights is made by AI Insight Labs. These terms are the agreement between you and us. By using Dollar Insights, you're saying "I've read this and I'm good with it." If you're not good with it, that's okay — just don't use the app.
It's a personal finance analytics tool built for people who use Tiller Money. You connect your Tiller spreadsheet (or upload a CSV), and Dollar Insights turns your raw data into visual charts, budgets, spending breakdowns, and planning tools. Everything runs in your browser — there's no server storing your stuff.
You need to be at least 18 years old, have a Google account (if you want to connect Google Sheets), and have an active subscription. You're responsible for keeping your own Google account secure — we don't store your Google password.
$9.99 per month. Your card gets charged monthly through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't do partial refunds for unused days in a month.
Everything you import into Dollar Insights stays in your browser. We never receive it, never store it, and never claim any rights to it. It's your financial data, period. For the full details on how we handle (or rather, don't handle) your data, check our Privacy Policy.
Pretty standard stuff. Please don't:
Reverse engineer the app — don't try to pull apart the code or copy how it works.
Share your login — your subscription is for you, not your whole office.
Use it for anything illegal — we'd rather not be part of that.
Try to break things — don't mess with the app's infrastructure or try to overload it.
This is important. The charts, numbers, projections, and insights you see in Dollar Insights are based on your data and math — not professional financial advice. We're a calculator with great visuals, not a certified financial planner.
Before making big financial decisions, talk to a real financial professional. We're here to help you understand your money, not to tell you what to do with it.
We work hard to make Dollar Insights reliable and accurate, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect 100% of the time. The app is provided "as is."
If something goes wrong — a chart shows a wrong number, the app is temporarily down, or anything else — we're not on the hook for financial losses that result from using the app. The most we'd ever owe you is what you paid us in the last 12 months.
That said, if something is broken, please tell us. We genuinely want to fix it.
We do our best to keep things running, but sometimes the app might be briefly unavailable for maintenance or updates. The good news is that since your data lives in your browser, you won't lose anything even if our site goes offline for a bit.
Dollar Insights — the design, the code, the features, the brand — belongs to AI Insight Labs. Your subscription gives you a personal license to use the app. That means you can use it for your own finances, but you can't resell it, copy it, or rebrand it as your own thing.
If you break these terms, we might suspend or shut down your account. You can also walk away anytime by canceling your subscription and clearing your browser data.
Yes, occasionally. If we make a big change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep using Dollar Insights after a change, that counts as agreeing to the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. If there's ever a legal dispute (we hope not), it would be handled in Colorado courts.
